Title: The Donna Wainwright Memorial Respiratory Care Scholarship Administered by The Idaho Society for Respiratory Care Biography: Donna was born February 7, 1941 in Caldwell, Idaho. She was also raised in the area. She attended Treasure Valley Community College from 1969-1971, where she obtained her Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy. She passed the National Board for Respiratory Care registry exam. She worked in the Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Caldwell, Idaho, Presbyterian Hospital in Denver, Colorado, Sunrise Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, North Carolina and Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. She had to retire due to complications from scleroderma and COPD. She died at the age of 58 on September 24, 1999 at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center, where she had been a respected employee of the Respiratory Care Department. She is survived by her husband David, three children and seven grandchildren.

Notification: The decision will be announced at the annual meeting and the payment of $500.00 will be made at that time or shortly thereafter.Restriction: Winning students will not be qualified to reapply.
